Andrucci Roulette System Explained

Andrucci Roulette System Explained

Does the Andrucci Roulette System Work? We Explain…

Many believe that using roulette strategies such as the Andrucci roulette system can increase your odds of winning and give you an advantage, but do they really work? And if they do, which roulette strategies are the best to use?

There are various techniques and tactics that can be applied when playing online, such as the d’Alembert roulette strategy and the Paroli betting system that could increase your chances (if you’re lucky). But the Andrucci system is very different, so let’s pull it apart and put it back together so you can understand the ins and outs of using the Andrucci strategy when playing roulette.

What is the Andrucci betting system?

The Andrucci roulette system is inspired by the Chaos Theory and based on the idea that one can always expect the unexpected… erm… English, please? It basically means you’re trying to find underlying patterns among all the chaos that happens on a roulette table.

Roulette chaos.

You have to understand that roulette is a game of chance with totally random outcomes for each and every spin of the wheel. But the Andrucci system digs deeper into the randomness of roulette and aims to extract the most frequent numbers in a series of spins, allowing you to pinpoint these ‘hot’ numbers when placing your bets on the layout.

How do you find the hot roulette numbers? By studying the outcomes for 30 to 37 rounds and writing each winning number down until you have enough data to determine the most frequent numbers in the cycle.

Andrucci roulette system requires the player to record the winning roulette numbers before starting to play.

Does the Andrucci roulette system work for online roulette? There is no sure way to prove that the Andrucci strategy works (unless you play and find out), however, a study conducted in Chaos: An Interdisciplinary Journal of Nonlinear Science revealed that these ‘hot’ numbers may offer higher odds of winning with as much as 18%.

But this study was conducted in land-based casinos and the reason behind this was due to the roulette tables slanting to one side or unbalanced roulette wheels, making the ball drop in a certain side of the wheel more frequently.

Of course, this is not the case in online roulette, and tilting your phone or laptop as you play won’t solve that problem either, so let’s play this theory out in detail and find out if the Andrucci system works for online roulette.

How to use the Andrucci betting system for roulette

As mentioned, the Andrucci roulette strategy requires you to record the winning numbers for 30 to 37 rounds – how many rounds between these parameters is up to you, but make sure you record enough winning numbers to give you a fairly wide range of ‘hot’ numbers to choose from.

Hot and cold numbers recorded to use the Andrucci system for playing roulette.

Once the numbers are recorded, you will select between 1 and 3 of the most frequent winning numbers in the series and start placing Straight Up bets on these until you win. Hopefully, it happens in less than 25 spins to secure a decent profit, as Straight Up bets pay 35 to 1, giving you around 10 chips or more in profit.

5 steps for using the Andrucci roulette strategy.

  1. Observe the outcomes for 30 to 37 spins and record the winning number for each round.
  2. Analyze your results to determine which numbers have come up the most in order to apply the Andrucci strategy.
  3. Once the data is in, place a Straight Up bet on the most frequent winning number.
  4. Continue betting on your selected lucky number for 15 to 25 spins, or until you win.
  5. Begin the Andrucci betting system again by recording new numbers and betting on them again.

Best roulette games to use the Andrucci strategy

Not too difficult, is it? The Andrucci system is easy to use, but you will need some patience and of course, a pen and paper or mobile phone to record the outcomes – unless you have a photographic memory, that is.

Many players use the Andrucci roulette system and some refuse to play any other way. Even though the math doesn’t make sense, that magical aspect of luck might come shining through.

Punt Casino offers some of the best online roulette games ever made by providers such as Betsoft, Dragon Gaming, Fugaso, Reevo, and more. That means you can practice and perfect the Andrucci betting system with the best of the best.

Shoot Like a Pro – Learn How to Play Street Dice with Punt Casino

So you want to hit the streets and rake in a few of your buddies’ weekly wages by shooting dice in street craps? Then you’ve come to the right place. We’re giving you the lowdown on how to play street dice so you can shoot for the loot like a pro in the hood.

What is street dice?

Street dice, putting it plainly, is pretty much the ghetto version of craps. Ever seen a group of guys (rarely gals) huddled around in a circle on the street peering down at the tarmac and looking like they’ve just found the world’s rarest, rainbow-colored cockroach? Well, they might just be playing street craps.

People playing street dice on the sidewalk.

The street dice rules and bets are very similar to the main bets in craps.  They are, however, a little easier to understand. The reason why street dice games are popular among players is because of how easy they are to play and the lack of equipment needed. Only 2 dice and the street is all you need. Oh, and some cash and other players, of course.

How to play street dice

Don’t know how to play dice at all? It’s simple. Most dice games require a pair of dice, a layout to place your bets, and a few players. But in street craps, the dice and players are the most important as you don’t have the casino backing your payouts, only your fellow players.

But before we explain the street craps rules, it’s important to know how the game plays out. It begins with players picking the shooter, who will be the first player to roll the dice. This can be done with a simple vote (if your buddies are the diplomatic type) or can be determined by each player rolling the pair of dice, with the highest roll shooting first.

How betting works in street dice

When the player shooting dice for the first round is determined, he/she will place a bet, usually by slapping the cash down on the street surface as dramatically as possible. The rest of the players will have to match the bet going clockwise before the round begins.

Following the shooting dice rules, the shooter will then decide if they want to bet on Craps numbers (2, 3, or 12) or Pass numbers (7 or 11) for the initial roll. The rest of the players will pick sides too. When everyone’s money is on the table, or in this case, on the street (we are learning how to play street dice, after all), the round begins with the shooter rolling the dice.

How to determine the winner in street dice

If the shooter rolls Craps, the pot will be split by all players who wagered on the outcome. The same goes for those who bet on the Pass numbers. But if the shooter rolls anything besides the 2, 3, 7, 11, or 12, that number becomes the Point.

From here on out, the rules are pretty much the same as craps. The Point number is a win for the shooter and his followers, and the 7 is a loss. This will see the opposition taking the pot. And that’s how to shoot dice on the street.

As with all table games, street dice also has rules. But unlike regular craps, street craps rules are far easier to follow and understand. How does shooting dice work in the hood? Let’s check out the shooting dice rules so you can learn how to play street dice like you were born for it.

Street Dice Rules

Street craps rules

  • The first shooter is chosen either by a vote, volunteering, or rolling the dice to see which player rolls the highest combination.
  • The player shooting dice decides the value of the initial bet. All other players must match it to take part, before choosing between wagering on the Pass numbers (7 or 11) or the Craps numbers (2, 3, or 120).
  • If the shooter rolls any number other than Craps or Pass numbers in street dice games, that number becomes the Point number.
  • All players that bet on Pass numbers win if 7 or 11 is rolled before the Point.
  • All players wagering on Craps numbers will win if 2, 3, or 12 is rolled before a Point number is established.
  • When a Point number is established, all players betting on Pass numbers will win when the Point is rolled, or lose when 7 is rolled, and vice versa.
  • The shooter will usually decide the odds for the game if all bets are not matched equally. In most cases, the pot is split by all players that won according to the percentage of their total wagers in the pot – similar to a poker pot.
  • If the other players cannot cover the shooter’s initial bet, the shooter can reduce the size of the bet to include those players.
  • Players can also make side bets when playing street dice games because let’s face it – this is da street, baby!
  • According to the street dice rules, all betting action stops as soon as the shooter rolls the dice.

Street dice FAQ

Still have questions about street craps rules and how to shoot dice? Then our street dice FAQ can shoot you the answers.

Is street dice illegal?

Hey hey hey, don’t you think that’s something you should be asking a lawyer? But in all seriousness, that depends on where you live. Playing street craps and shooting dice out on the actual street may get you into some trouble in countries like the United States.

But then again, “social gambling” is permitted in many states in the privacy of your own home. So as long as you’re not taking a rake or trying to establish a business out of it, you should be fine. But hey, we’re no lawyers. Play safe and stick to your local gambling laws, okay?

What is the dice game in the hood?

Street dice, baby! This basic street craps game is very simple to play and requires almost no equipment. All you need is a pair of dice, players, money, and the good ol’ sidewalk or street. That’s why many players prefer street dice rules over regular craps because it’s all good in the hood.

How do you shoot dice on the street?

How does shooting dice work when you’re out and about in the streets? It’s easy. Street craps rules are very similar to those of the Pass Line bet in regular craps. You’ll need 2 or more players, a pair of dice, some cash, and any flat surface – the street will do. Refer back to our street dice rules above if you want to learn more about how to play street dice.

How does rolling dice work?

The player rolling the dice for the round is referred to as the shooter. The shooter will roll a pair of dice to determine the outcome which can see multiple players winning for the roll, and others losing.

There are various dice combinations, with 2, 3, or 12 known as “Craps” numbers, and 7 and 11 known as “Pass” numbers. The shooter wins on the initial roll by rolling Pass numbers, and loses by rolling Craps numbers. This continues until a Point number is established, which then becomes the winning number for the player shooting dice to roll.

6 Popular Craps Bets and Best Craps Strategy to Roll Out

Are you one of those players that see craps bets on the layout and your eyes start rolling like dice out of confusion? Hey, we all have to start somewhere, right? A craps table can seem somewhat confusing at first, but trust us when we say that using the best craps strategy and learning about the different bets in craps might just reveal your new favorite table game.

You’re already in luck because we have the best online craps game from Betsoft ready to roll right here at Punt. Plus, we’re about to show you 6 of the most popular bets in craps as well as a few tips and tricks in between to help you shoot for the loot in this thrilling casino game at Punt.

Craps basics for beginners

If you’ve never played a craps game before and have no idea how it works, listen close. Craps is a dice-shooting game, commonly seen on TV shows and movies with its fast-paced action and ability to draw a crowd with thrill and excitement in every roll.

The goal is to roll specific numbers that result in wins while avoiding other numbers that could see you lose. A craps table can normally accommodate many players at once, but in online craps games, it’s only you, the dice, and everything nice.

How a craps game works:

  • The shooter (you) will roll the dice in what is called the “Come Out Roll”, with a roll of 7 or 11 winning on the Pass Line Bet (we’ll get there shortly), and 2, 3, or 12, losing.
  • If you roll 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10 in the Come Out Roll, that number becomes the “Point”, which is then the winning number in the rolls to follow indicated by the “On” button on the layout, with 7 becoming the losing number.
  • You will keep rolling the dice and winning each time you hit the Point number until you roll 7, which will see your bets lose and the game begin all over again.

Of course, there is A LOT more to the game than that, with many different types of craps bets to consider when playing. But now that we have the basics down, it’s time to check out the most popular bets with the best craps strategy to apply when playing.

The 6 Best and Most Popular Bets in Craps

Before we roll out the best bets on a craps table, you may be wondering how many bets there actually are. Craps offers over 50 types of bets and betting combinations, but the beauty of it all is that bets are limited only to the imagination of the player, as you could come up with many different craps betting strategies and combinations if you’re creative enough.

Craps bets and table layout explained at Punt Casino.

But if you want the best online craps game bets and strategies to place on the table, the following craps bets are your best shot.

The Pass Line

The Pass Line is the main and most common bet on a craps table. It borders the outside of the layout and offers a payout of 1 to 1 on a winning bet. If the shooter rolls a 7 or 11 in the Come Out Roll, all Pass Line bets on the table win. If a 2, 3, or 12 (“Craps Numbers”) is rolled in the Come Out, the Pass Line bets lose.

Here is an example of the Pass Line in the best online craps game at Punt, Craps from Betsoft.

The Pass Line is one of the most popular craps bets because it is easy to understand and you can win multiple times with a single bet. Also, 7 is the easiest number to roll, as there are 6 possible combinations that can be rolled with 2 dice to reach a 7 (1+6, 2+5, 3+4, 4+3, 5+2, and 6+1).

And when it comes to the house edge on a Pass Line, it’s only around 1.41% – not only 1 of the lowest house advantages on the table but also in the entire casino. Placing bets with a low house edge is among the best craps strategy moves you can make, so keep that in mind.

The Don’t Pass Bar

The “Don’t Pass Bar” is the opposite of the Pass Line. In the Come Out Roll, you can place either bet on the craps table, but the Don’t Pass Bar will lose on 7 or 11 and win if the shooter rolls a 2 or a 3. The other “Craps Number”, 12, will be considered a push, and bets on the Don’t Pass will not be removed.

The same goes for when the Point number has been established. If the shooter rolls the Point number before rolling 7, the Don’t Pass bets will lose, and if a 7 is rolled, they win.

The Don’t Pass Bar is considered one of the best craps strategy bets because believe it or not, the house edge is even lower than the Pass Line at 1.36%, as opposed to the 1.41% on the Pass.

The Don’t Pass Bar isn’t a very popular bet at land-based casinos, as you’re basically betting against the shooter. But for playing online when it’s only you shooting the dice, it’s one of the best craps bets you can use.

Odds Bets

Odds bets are like additional side bets placed for either the Pass Line, Don’t Pass Bar, Come bets, and Don’t Come bets. You can place an Odds bet on any of these bets when the Point number has been established, allowing you to add to your initial bet placed in the Come Out Roll.

The minimum and maximum bets you can place for an Odds bet usually depends on the casino or the specific game you are playing, so it’s always a good idea to check the game menu and view the rules before placing Odds bets in a craps game.

Playing the Odds is probably the best online craps game bet you can make, as it offers the true payout odds on winning bets, giving the house a 0% advantage. No, that wasn’t a mistake – it really has a 0% house edge!

It’s no wonder players love the Odds craps bets with this payout potential, and if the shooter keeps rolling your way, who knows how long the winning streak will continue with the best odds in the house.

Place Bets on 6 or 8

Place bets on 6 or 8 (or 6 and 8) are not to be confused with the Big 6/8 bet in the left corner of the table. Place bets in general can be placed on the craps table in the numbered blocks above the Come bet field during any point in the game, but usually, after a Point has been established.

Why are Place bets specifically on 6 or 8 such popular craps bets? As mentioned before, the most common dice roll outcome is 7 because it can be rolled with 6 dice combinations. But the second most common rolls are 6 and 8 with 5 dice combinations each and a 13.89% probability of being rolled.

Place bets on 6 or 8 have a 1.5% house edge and offer a payout of 7 to 6 on your bet, which is lower than Place bets on other numbers such as the 9 to 5 payouts on numbers 4 or 10. But the high probability of 6 or 8 being rolled makes bets on 6 or 8 the best craps strategy when playing Place bets.

How do Place bets win? It’s simple. Whenever the number you have placed on the craps table comes up, your Place bet wins. As with many bets in craps, there is also the option to bet against the number, meaning you’ll lose when the number comes up, and win on a roll of 7.

Come Bets

Come bets may seem a little confusing at first when comparing them to other craps bets, but once you’ve played a few, you’ll have them down. In fact, the rules for the Come bet are pretty much the same as the Pass Line, but you can only place a Come bet after the Point number has been established.

If the shooter rolls a 7 or 11, your Come bet pays even money, and a 2, 3, or 12 will see you lose – just like the Pass Line. However, if any other number is rolled, that number will then become your “Come Point”, and the bet will be moved from the Come field to the relevant numbered box just above the Place bets field.

Play Now

If the shooter rolls your Come Point number again in the following rolls, your Come bet will continue to produce an even money payout. If 7 is rolled, all Come bets lose and are removed from the craps table

You can also play the Odds bet on your Come bets once the Come Point is established, allowing you to take advantage of the best craps strategy by playing Odds with a 0% house edge.

Don’t Come Bets

Just as the Don’t Pass Line craps bets are the opposite of the Pass Line bets, the Don’t Come Bar is the opposite of the Come bet. It can only be placed after the Point number is established, which is indicated by the “ON” button above the numbers.

The same rules apply as with the Don’t Pass bet – if a 2 or 3 is rolled it wins and a 7 or 11 will see you lose, with a 12 being a push.

Don't Come bets in craps.

Play Now

Just like the Come bet, if any other number besides a 2, 3, 7, 11, or 12 is rolled, the Don’t Come bets will be moved to the corresponding position above the numbered boxes on the right side of the Don’t Come Bar.

But this time, you’re betting against the number and hoping that a lucky 7 will be rolled to award an even money payout before your Don’t Come Point numbers are rolled.

The Don’t Come craps bets offer the exact same house edge as the Don’t Pass Line at 1.36%. And yes, you can also apply the best craps strategy by placing an Odds bet on your Don’t Come bet – serving up the attractive 0% house edge that every casino player dreams of.
